REMOVAL & DISPOSAL
WRIGHT CONTRACTORS
are Registered Waste Carriers and can remove and dispose of
redundant or unwanted modular buildings.
Off site disposal is generally seen as
an environmentally conscious, cost and time effective method,
for the disposal of these buildings.
The process for Removal and Disposal
• Site survey to assess the
site and buildings to be disposed of
• A quotation will be provided for all works
• On acceptance of a quote and the presentation of
a clean air certificate by the client, a date for the removal
and disposal is agreed
• At the relevant date the bays are loaded and removed,
as per the loading process set out in the Relocation and
Installation section
• The buildings are taken to either a waste transfer
station or on to a land fill site and are disposed of in
a controlled and environmentally conscious manner.
The benefits
compared to on site demolition
• A shorter time scale to remove
the building from site, reducing disruption
• Buildings are removed away from site to a controlled
waste disposal area, thus reducing time, noise, dust and
debris. This can be of particular importance when the buildings
are in schools, colleges, housing estates or other sensitive
areas.
